Unfortunately, deals and stock on consoles are hard to come by so these deals may sell out very quickly. It’s more a case of where you can actually still find them in stock, rather than what savings you can make. Still, sometimes good bundle deals crop up, and we’ve also found some nice offers on games.
Featured Deal: Save 35% on a wireless Xbox controller
Both Microsoft and Playstation love to charge you big bucks for branded console accessories, which means that you rarely see big discounts on official products. However, we’ve spotted that one particular variant of the Microsoft Xbox wireless controller is just $39 ($21 off) in this holiday deal.
We accept that this isn’t the most exciting of the deals we’ve spotlighted recently, but the holiday season is the time of year when your console is likely to see more action. Picking up a new controller can allow you to get more of your friends and family in the game, or replace the one you might’ve broken in that brief moment of frustration. If you damaged it by throwing it at the screen, you can also check out what holiday TV deals are available.
It’s only the gray and blue model of the wireless controller that’s available at this cut price — the other colors are $55 and up. Being Microsoft, the device can also be used with Windows 10 for gaming on your laptop or PC, and we understand it will be compatible with the Xbox X and S series as and when you upgrade.

Xbox One X consoles
The first choice you have to make if you want to buy an Xbox is which model is right for you. If you’re a power user, the Xbox One X is the larger and more powerful option. It features a slimmer, more powerful graphics card and DirectX 12 optimized cores.
Even better, the Xbox One X features native 4K support and 12GB of GDDR5 memory for faster startups and smoother performance. The One X also has a redesigned fan system for better cooling. Your favorite games and accessories should work with either Xbox model, so the decision mainly comes down to price and performance.
Xbox One S consoles
As you can probably guess, the Xbox One S is the smaller and lighter of the two consoles. It’s an upgrade over the original Xbox One, and it’s the more affordable model currently available. The Xbox One S supports HDR 10 just like the One X, and both consoles feature Dolby Atmos sound.

If you’re looking for a console to hold you over until the new Xbox Series X comes out, the One S may be your best bet. You can save a little money and you should have no problem with backward compatibility. The Xbox One S also embraces digital gaming in a way that the One X doesn’t; you can buy a One S without a disc slot for exclusively digital gaming.
Those are the best Xbox deals we could find. As you can see, the pickings on consoles are a bit slim right now. You could always say goodbye to a console and embrace PC gaming though. Here are a few resources that might help you switch.
